Our Client Customer Service Concierge: Our receptionist, Sandy, leads the firm’s mission to provide superior and world class client service to all of the firm’s clients. She provides top shelf service from the first phone call contact until the closing of the case. With her warm personality and great compassion for people’s needs and wants, she will serve as a go-to advocate for clients. Her job is to maintain continuous contact with our clients. She serves as a concierge to make their experience with our firm the best it can be.
